As Chief Operating Officer of Maison Collective, Si Woo oversees the systems, processes, and day-to-day operations that keep the team organized and moving forward. His focus is on creating a strong operational foundation that allows agents to work more efficiently and provide clients with a consistent, high-quality experience.

Working alongside his wife, Juyoun, who leads the agent team, Si Woo helps connect the team’s real estate goals with the structure and resources needed to achieve them. He manages internal workflows, establishes operational priorities, and identifies opportunities to improve how the team communicates, collaborates, and grows.

Si Woo also works closely with Daniel to plan and develop Maison Collective’s internal tools and digital platforms. By combining practical operations with thoughtful technology, he helps turn ideas into systems that support the team’s everyday work.

His goal is to build a more organized, connected, and forward-thinking real estate company—one designed to support both its agents and the clients they serve.
